Location Shooting Q&A

Q1. Do you have a specific contract store for each desired location?

We will provide information for each location, so please contact the location nearest to where you live first. If you live outside of Hokkaido, please contact the location nearest to the location of your choice.

Q2: There is a free costume class, but are there any costumes that I cannot wear?

No. Only the Premier Line costumes at the Sapporo Chuo Store and the Claire costumes at the Asahikawa Store are available only at the studio.

Is it possible to bring my family along?

Yes, it is possible! We can take family portraits for free! We can take pictures with family members for free!

Q4: In case of rain, can we postpone the tour for free?

Please check the weather forecast by 6:00 p.m. on the day before the event. If you postpone the event the day before, a change fee of ¥1,650 (tax included) will be charged.

Q5. Is it possible to visit two locations?

Yes, it is possible to add one additional location for ¥22,000 per location (tax included)!

Q6. When will the data be delivered?

We deliver color-corrected data in 2 to 3 days.

Q7. How many months in advance is recommended for reservations?

We recommend 2 months in advance for cherry blossom and autumn foliage seasons!
