Location Shooting Q&A

Q1. Do you have a specific designated studio for each desired location?

We will provide information for each location, so please contact the studio nearest to where you live first. If you live outside of Hokkaido, please contact the studio nearest to your desired photoshoot location.

Q2. Are there any outfit upgrade fees or dresses that I cannot wear for location shoots?

There are generally no upgrade fees! However, please note that an additional fee applies only to the “Premier Line” dresses.

Q3. Is it possible to bring my family along?

Yes, absolutely! We also offer family portraits at no extra charge.

Q4. In case of rain, can we postpone the photoshoot for free?

Decisions must be made based on the weather forecast by 6:00 PM the day before your shoot. Postponing at that time incurs a rescheduling fee of ¥1,650 (tax incl.).

Q5. When will the data be delivered?

We deliver color-corrected digital photos in 2 to 3 days.

Q6. How many months in advance is recommended for reservations?

We recommend booking at least 2 months in advance for the popular cherry blossom and autumn foliage seasons!
