TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Disclaimer

These Terms & Conditions are established to provide all customers with the best possible service experience and apply to all customers using our studio services.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, we may unfortunately be unable to accept your booking request. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation or Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking application, even after confirmation, in the following cases:

1. If the customer is found to be associated with organized crime groups, illegal organizations, or any activity that violates laws or public order and morals.

2. If the customer’s behavior may cause inconvenience, disturbance, or harm to other customers.

3. If the customer makes violent, threatening, abusive, or unreasonable demands toward our staff.

4. If we determine that we are unable to adequately fulfill the customer’s requested services.

5. If the studio or shooting location becomes unavailable due to natural disasters or circumstances beyond our control.

Please note that we are not liable for any damages, compensation, travel expenses, or other financial losses resulting from such cancellation or refusal of service. Any refunds will be handled according to our cancellation policy.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or cancellation caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

1. Natural disasters, severe weather, earthquakes, fires, epidemics, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, transportation disruptions, or any other force majeure event that makes the photo session impossible or significantly difficult to carry out.

2. Government actions, legal restrictions, official regulations, or instructions from public authorities.

In such cases, refunds and cancellations will be handled according to our cancellation policy, and we are unable to provide compensation for any related losses or expenses.

Privacy Policy / Use of Personal Information

We use customers’ personal information only within the scope necessary to provide our services and operate our business appropriately.

Your personal information may be used for the following purposes:

1. Contacting customers regarding bookings, photography services, new products, plans, campaigns, and events.

2. Communicating necessary information to partner vendors or service providers related to the photo session.

3. Responding to lawful requests for disclosure from police, courts, tax authorities, or other government agencies.

4. Using photographs on our website, social media, advertisements, or promotional materials only with the customer’s permission.

Refunds and Photography Services

Refunds, cancellations, and detailed photography conditions shall follow the separate service agreement and cancellation policy provided at the time of booking.
