Planning a pre-wedding photo shoot in Hokkaido? Discover the benefits of a prior consultation and the smooth booking flow for location photography at Photo Studio Palette Asahikawa.

Hello to all brides-to-be and mothers preparing for their daughters’ weddings♡ This is Photo Studio Palette.

Any anxieties you might have about outdoor pre-wedding location shoots can be completely resolved through a careful prior consultation at our Asahikawa store. By confirming the day’s schedule and plan details in advance, you can step into your photo shoot feeling thoroughly relaxed. Today, we will guide you through the specific flow from contract to the actual shoot, along with essential points you should know to make your dream Hokkaido wedding photos a reality!

1. The Benefits of a Prior Consultation at the Asahikawa Store

Pre-shoot worries and questions can be fully cleared up during your prior consultation. Our specialized staff will directly listen to your requests and propose a shooting schedule that perfectly matches your vision as a couple.

At Photo Studio Palette Asahikawa, we stay close to your wishes, such as “I want photos with this kind of atmosphere” or “I definitely want to wear this dress,” and listen carefully to every detail. While outdoor location photography comes with natural concerns like the weather, solid advance planning ensures you can truly relax and enjoy your shoot with genuine smiles on the big day♡

2. Contract Flow and Reservation Process for Location Shoots

The journey from your reservation to the actual shooting day is incredibly simple and smooth. It starts with an initial inquiry to our store, followed by a consultation, signing the contract, a dress fitting, and finally, the exciting day of the shoot itself.

For the specific flow, please first make a reservation for a consultation via our website or LINE. During this meeting, we will explain the plan details and shooting locations in depth; once you are completely satisfied, we will proceed with the contract. If you are considering the “Location 1-Day Plan” during your consultation, rest assured that we will transparently communicate all specific details—such as the fact that the Asahikawa store accommodates only Western-style dresses for this particular plan—so you can plan with absolute peace of mind.
